Shipping for United Kingdom (UK) and International 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery time for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options available for you to choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based (in particular on non UK orders). The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Courier companies JNR STATION use

JNR Station will use one of the following carriers, but can not specify which one prior to dispatch: DPD or Royal Mail and MyHermes.

Delivery Options and Process - UK Mainland Service – Monday-Friday, except bank and public holidays:

2-4 days Free delivery service on all orders for UK Mainland only - please note the timing of this delivery service starts after the order/parcel has been collected from our location and then dispatched from the delivery carriers collection depot (so orders/parcels can take up-to 24-48 hours to be dispatched)

Delivery Options and Process - Offshore Delivery Service – Monday-Friday, except bank and public holidays:

Southern Ireland

Note: Offshore deliveries (delivery locations above) all vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, therefore orders will be sent via most suitable carrier.  Please note more details to follow, so if you require an Offshore delivery, you may want to contact us before ordering, as we can help with whatever option suits you.

Europe, USA and Canada, and Rest of the World deliveries all vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, therefore orders will be sent via most suitable carrier. Customs and import charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Different delivery and change delivery address when orders are placed

We do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address, so please note delivery arrival for your order at a different shipping address may take more time, such as extra 24 hours due to security checks when required

If you have made a mistake with your delivery details please contact us immediately and we will try to amend them.

You may change your delivery address but you need to be quick about it this can be done by contacting Customer Services, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. All returns must be in unworn and original condition, with all original packaging and labels included. Garment inspections are carried out on all items returned.
