Note: Offshore deliveries all vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, therefore orders will be sent via the most suitable carrier. If you require an Offshore delivery, you may want to Contact Us before ordering, as we can help with whatever option suits you.

Europe, USA and Canada, and Rest of the World deliveries all vary according to the size and weight of your parcel, therefore orders will be sent via most the suitable carrier. If you require International delivery please Contact Us before ordering, as we can help with whatever option suits you (help on available service to your country, delivery carrier, delivery costs, and delivery times for example).

Customs and import charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Different delivery and change delivery address when orders are placed

We do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address, so please note delivery arrival for your order at a different shipping address may take more time, such as extra 24 hours due to security checks when required

If you have made a mistake with your delivery details please Contact Us immediately and we will try to amend them.

You may change your delivery address but you need to be quick about it this can be done by contacting Customer Services, provided we have not picked, packed or despatched your items. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we will not be able to stop the delivery process.
